For the past two years Summer Stars have been a huge success culminating in  dramatic performances of "Cinderella" and "Aladdin". To avoid disappointment early booking is advisable as places are limited.

A week focusing on the skills for musical theatre, encompassing dance, singing, drama and performance technique.  Taught by highly qualified teachers the week will also look at make-up, costume, lighting and stage design.  Participants will get the chance to perform in an end of week production open to the public featuring the work they have learned.  There will be daily competitions along with the chance to win a scholarship for next year’s summer school.  Previous dance experience is an advantage but not necessary.  Groups will be split according to age &/or ability.

JUNIORS:   6 – 11 YEARS/UP TO GRADE 4                             
                                          

SENIORS:     12 – 19 YEARS/GRADE 5 AND ABOVE 

THE DETAILS
Daily registration is at 8.50am.A warm up class will start at 9.00am. There will be two 15min breaks and a lunch break. Prompt collection at 3.00pm. Final performance will start at 2.00pm on Friday 22nd August.  Doors will open at 1.30pm.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BRING
•    Suitable dance clothing
•    Ballet, tap & Jazz shoes/trainers
•    Packed lunch and drinks
•    Notepad and pen
•    Knee pads (seniors only)
•    Make-up removal items

WHAT YOU WILL GET

COST
The total cost for the week is £95 with a £25 deposit.  If you book by 31st April you will receive a £5 discount.  Siblings are priced at £80.00(no early booking discounts are applicable). Please contact us for booking form or download the application form below now.
