Gregory Austin – Patron
Greg joined Steppin’ Out age 9 and later graduated from Arts Educational, London in 2013. Greg was cast in Mr. Selfridge in 2014 and also had a 2014 guest-starring role in an episode of Law & Order: UK..

Greg is skilled as a ballet, jazz, street and tap dancer, and is also skilled as a high baritone singer. He went on to play   Charlie in ‘Class’, the Doctor Who spinoff series for BBC3.

Following this Greg was offered the incredible ‘Hunters’ where he has appeared in two seasons to date.

Ben Hoole
Ben  trained at Steppin’ Out  and was awarded  places in all his auditions and decided to accept a place at the  prestigious Laine Theatre Arts. Ben  had his professional debut in pantomime with Steppin’ Out at Lighthouse, Poole.

Natalie Holden
Natalie  trained at Steppin’ Out  and was awarded a degree place at Wilkes Academy where she is her second year. Natalie  had her professional debut in pantomime with Steppin’ Out at Lighthouse, Poole.

Chloe Davies
Chloe  trained at Steppin’ Out  and was awarded a degree place at Wilkes Academy where she is about to complete her final year. Chloe had her professional debut in pantomime with Steppin’ Out at Lighthouse, Poole.

Bethany Primmer
Beth  trained at Steppin’ Out  since the age of 3 and was awarded a degree place at Wilkes Academy. Beth is now in her final year and  had her professional debut in pantomime with Steppin’ Out at Lighthouse, Poole.

Amber Mills
Amber  trained at Steppin’ Out  since the age of 9 and was awarded a  place at D & B Performing Arts. Amber had her professional debut in pantomime with Steppin’ Out at Lighthouse, Poole. Amber is now in her final year.

Megan Dodds
Megan  trained at Steppin’ Out   and was awarded a  place at Italia Conti where she is in her second year. Meg had her professional debut in pantomime with Steppin’ Out at Lighthouse, Poole.

Daisy Dickson
Daisy trained at Steppin’ out for ten years and was awarded a degree place at Performers College. On graduation daisy has appeared in professional pantomimes across the South.

Megan Holland
Meg trained at Steppin’ Out for 8 years and was part of the original Senior Elite Team that was unbeatable in competition.  She successfully audition for The Brighton Academy and graduated with her degree.  Megan has performed across the country.

Anthony Pereira
Anthony trained with Steppin’ Out for just two years before being offered a place on the day of audition at the amazing Doreen Bird College.  In his first year he has appeared as part of the college team at ‘Move It’ and on graduation appeared in Yeovil’s prestigious pantomime and at The Royal Opera House.

Estella Turner
Estella joined Steppin’ Out at the age of 9 and went from strength to strength.  She was awarded a degree place at Bird College and on graduating appeared in pantomime and completed a summer season abroad.

Abbey Noble
Abbey started at Steppin’ Out at age three and went on to take lead roles in our productions.  She successfully auditioned for The Brighton Academy and is now appearing as vocalist/dancer at Haven.

Harriet Williamson
Harriet, or as she is more well known Hattie started at Steppin’ Out at just 2 and a half.  Hattie then went on to be a Tring Park associate, Janet Cram finalist, Winner of the Grade 4 ISTD ballet awards musicality prize, and finished in the top four in CBBC’s ‘Taking the Next Step’  She successfully auditioned for Tring Park.   On graduation Hattie travelled and performed in Dubai.

Jordan Pegg
Jordan trained at Steppin’ Out for 5 years and then was offered a place at The Brit School.   Jordan went on to train at Brighton Academy and is now exploring the world.

Megan Brewer-Smith
Megan started with the Academy since the age of 5. Previously she has appeared in professional pantomime at Poole Lighthouse for Pele Productions. Megan was awarded a place at Laine Theatre Arts, London Studio Centre & Stella Mann. She opted for Laine Theatre Arts and graduated having achieved an outstanding mark in her Advanced 2 Modern.

Megan went onto perform in “Musical Nights” touring Germany, and then won herself a contract as Singer/Dancer on P&O. She has had vast experience teaching and brings a dynamic enthusiasm to the classes. She  performed on board the P&O ship Ventura as a Production Show Singer & dancer.  Megan returned to Steppin’ Out as a teacher and is a part of our main faculty.

Helen Jenkins
Helen trained at Steppin’ Out Academy of Performance for 13 years and started her professional career at the young age of 11, appearing in the UK Tour of ‘Chitty Chitty Bang Bang’. She then went on to perform internationally as Lead Vocalist for P&O Cruises and Cunard. Helen has worked alongside producer Julien Bird (Olivier Awards), Olivier Award winning director and choreographer Bill Deamer (42nd Street, The Osmands, Cats, The Corn is Green, Top Hat, Saturday Night Fever) and choreographer Jo McShane (Top Hat, Aladdin, Salad Days) and appeared as the leading lady ‘Dale Tremont’ in ‘Top Hat The Musical’. 

Caitlin McCarthy
On graduation from Steppin’ Out Caitlin went on to train at the prestigious Liverpool Institute for the Performing Arts (LIPA).  Caitlin went on to cruise with Costa Cruises and on completion has been seen on many advertisements and music videos including Ed Sheerin.

Simon Montana-Hollosi
Simon won a place at Laine Theatre Arts and following graduation has performed with Spillers Pantomines, Potters resort & Chessington World of Adventure. Simon was also a guest vocalist at Weymouth Pavilion for Help for Heroes.

Gina Barnard
Gina graduated from Stepppin’ out with the new teaching qualifications DDI in modern, tap and ballet & DDE Modern. She went on to perform at Warners for two seasons and has recently returned from a season in Greece.

Lauren Bridle
Lauren attended Steppin’ Out for 9 years and went on to successfully auditioned for London Studio Centre. She graduated with a first class BA hons and, since graduating, she has worked with The Royal Opera House, NDCWales, H2 Dance and THE PEOPLE PILE. Lauren has worked with independent choreographers too, including Yolande Yorke-edgell, Will Tuckett, and Lucy Ridley.
With experiences in a variety of styles, she has also performed for dance, music and fashion films.
Lauren has recently began exploring the world of choreography, animation and film making too. Most recently creating the animations for Roy Campbell-Moore’s production of Scheherazade, with Welsh National Opera Orchestra, and NDCWales in St Davids Hall, Cardiff,.
In December 2010, together with Aisha Krupska and Lucy Ridley, she created THE PEOPLE PILE; a multi-creative culture of artists with a penchant for performance and a flare to take over unusual spaces, connecting and engaging with wider, and unsuspecting audiences. The People Pile

Andrew Gray
Andrew left Steppin’ Out after securing a scholarship at Laine Theatre Arts. He went on to perform on the inaugral cruise of The Queen Mary 2, followed by a tour of “Fame” and “Beauty & The Beast” before landing his first job in the West End. After “The Producers” Andrew was in “We Will Rock You” and then more recently performed in “The Wizard of Oz”. Andrew went on to start Walking tours of London and still performs extensively across the UK.  Andrew now performs as part of the entertainment team at Alton Towers.
